Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update - 20.03.2020 Following government advice and to help stop the transmission of COVID-19, we have taken the decision to close the Sports Centre until further notice. FAQs Why are you closing? Following the latest government directive, we are taking the sensible precaution to protect the public and our staff by closing the Sports Centre entirely. How long are you closing for? They are closed until further notice. As soon as we're able to re-open these facilities we will do so. I have a Sports Centre membership. What should I do? All direct debit leisure memberships will be frozen until further notice and payments will not be taken. Payments will resume once Sports Centre re-opens. You do not need to contact us to cancel or amend your membership, your membership will be frozen without any action from you. We ask that you do not cancel your direct debit instruction with your bank as this will make it easier to re-instate you once we return to normal operation. All annual memberships will also be frozen until further notice and your membership will be extended accordingly. I have booked a party or course, will I be refunded? Yes. Please contact the Sports Centre directly via email and we will arrange a refund once we re-open. What about Swim School? All swim school lessons are cancelled until further notice and your child's remaining sessions will be frozen until we re-open. How can I exercise during this time?
