Please click on the relevant link for more details: Fitness Class Timetable Fitness Class Timetable- Monday 1st July- Sunday 28th July 2019 New Fitness Classes Beginners Pilates We are delighted to announce that we are adding a new Beginner Pilates Class to our Fitness Class Programme. This additional class will be at 11:30am- 12:30pm on Tuesday mornings running consecutively after our current Beginners Class and will begin on Tuesday 2nd April. Flexible Strength We are delighted to announce that we are adding an additional Flexible Strength on a Thursday Morning at 9:00am- 9:55am. This workout develops strength, flexibility and stamina by combining stretching and core strengthening moves. You will leave the class feeling revitalised and refreshed! Junior Circuits Class Our new Teen Circuits encourages and educates children aged 8-16 years on the importance of a healthy body and mind and how to exercise safely in a gym. You will be shown a variety of exercises using a circuit style training routine with a qualified fitness instructor. This class is open to boys & girls aged 8-16 years.
