We welcome all feedback relating to our fitness class timetable. Please email the Sports Centre or speak with a member of staff.

 

 

Aqua Fit Morning Class

We will be launching a new morning Aqua class in June, taught by Tanya. This class is in the shallow end of the swimming pool and is designed for all fitness and swimming levels. Have fun and challenge yourself with water resistance in this low impact cardiovascular workout. Non-swimmers welcome.

What time? 09.00 - 09.45am

What day? Every Thursday from the 8th June 


After School Children's Club - Relaunching in September


St Mary's are proud to announce the comeback of our Multi-activity Class for Children. It is action packed with fun drills and games. A great way for youngsters to get fit and engage in physical activity.

How much does it cost? FREE for Members & just £4 for non-members.

When is it?
Launches Wednesday 6th September at 4:00-5:00pm!!

 

 
Les Mills Sprint


30 Minute workout using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It's a quick and hard style of training that returns rapid results with minimum joint impact. The short duration of a Les Mills Sprint workout will motivate you to push your physical limits.

When is it?

From Monday 4th September Sprint Times will change:

Wednesdays - 7:30pm 
Fridays           - 10:45am
