New Fitness Classes

 

Les Mills GRIT

We are delighted to announce that we are adding an additional GRIT class to our fitness class programme on a Wednesday Lunchtime at 12:15pm- 12:45pm. This high intensity workout builds cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximising calorie burn!

 

Junior Circuits Class 

Our Junior Circuits encourages and educates children aged 8-16 years on the importance of a healthy body and mind and how to exercise safely in a gym.

You will be shown a variety of exercises using a circuit style training routine with a qualified fitness instructor. 

This class is open to boys & girls aged 8-16 years.

Class time: Saturday 10.30 - 11.15am
